Can I return the extensions if I am not pleased with the colour match?

Yes – as long as the extensions are in the original packaging with all the labels still attached

Can I use hair straighteners?

Yes use them as you would on your own hair. We recommend that you use heat styling protector prior to straightening or curling

Will extensions damage my hair?

No – if they are used correctly. We do not recommend that you sleep in your extensions

Can I use extensions even though my hair is short?

Yes – As long as your hair is more than 3inches long. This is so you will have enough hair to cover the clips when you drop your hair down

How often can I wear my extensions?

As often as you like

Is it possible to fit extensions myself?

Yes – its really easy. The clips slide in and snap shut so it only takes a few minutes to attach a whole set

Can I wash my extensions?

Yes – they are real hair and can be washed as you would your own hair. We recommend you use our hair treatment products as these have been formulated with the purpose of maintaining the quality of our hair extensions and the Conditioning Mist and Shine Serum between washes will help them to shine all the time.
