Cancelling Your OrderIf you wish to cancel your order you must do so by telephone or fax within 2 hours of the order being placed and you will be refunded in full. If the order has already been shipped then the above returns policy will apply. Orders can be cancelled quickly and easily as long as the order has not entered the shipping process by emailing us at info@crazyforhair.co.uk, calling us on 0113 273 1223 or by faxing us on 0113 273 1219. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. If your order has been processed by the time of your cancellation, we cannot reverse the shipping; your order will have to be delivered to you and then you may return the unwanted product for a refund or exchange according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please note: Order cancellations made through voice messages left on the answering machine, will not be honoured. We must speak with you to ensure that the cancellation is valid. Tracking Your OrderWe will send you an email when your order ships including your tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online at your carrier's web site. You can track the status of your order online by following the link in your email. DeliveryWe use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as our standard method of postage. All postage and shipping prices are free of charge to the UK only. 1st Class Royal Mail Delivery We also offer the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.00 per order. Returns – Faulty ItemsIf the items you receive are damaged or are not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days for authorisation to return them to us. Once you have returned the products, we will refund the cost of your order including our delivery charge and your return postage costs. Please note this policy only applies to products purchased from www.crazyforhair.co.uk. Purchases made from stores and barrows are not eligible for exchange or refund.Returns Policy – Other ReasonIf you wish to return an item you have ordered for any other reason, you must contact us within 7 days. Providing you return the product to us unopened and in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less a 10% admin charge.
